Hands On HealthCare Massage Therapy offers you only the top of the line Liscensed Massage Therapists. We are dedicated professionals who pride ourselves in work with specific medical conditions. We offer bi-weekly in house training and give our therapists incentives to further there education outside of our office as well. Our therapists have diverse backrounds and therefore, offer a wide variety of modalities. They are client focused, skilled, and have a genuine passion for healing and improving ones health.

STAFF BIOGRAPHIES
Marla Kaplan-Pelle - N.Y.S. Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Lymphedema /Lymphatic Therapist, Director- A graduate of the Swedish Institute, Marla opened Hands On HealthCare Massage Therapy in February 2000. She counts her blessings that she has been given a wonderful staff and the ability to help the community. She specializes in Medical Massage and Manual Lymph Drainage (used for treating lymph and edema related conditions.) Outside of massage, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Marla was married to Tony Pelle in April 2006!
Barbara - Office Manager- Barbara has been with HOHCMT since April 2001. She is happily married and has 2 children. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and yoga. She is a pleasure to have working here.
Kathy - Kathy has been employed at Hands On HealthCare for over a year now. She grew up on Long Island and has two children. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and reading. She can also be found attending numerous family functions, as she is the ninth child in a family of fourteen children!

Shara - Licensed Massage Therapist, Director of Training - Shara specializes in Medical Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release. Her hobbies outside of massage include fishing, garage sale hunting and working out at the gym. Shara and Seth were married in June 2006! Shara works on a depth scale of 4-4.5
Stacey - Licensed Massage Therapist, Staff Coordinator, Office Assistant- Stacey has been with HOHCMT since it's opening. Until February 2003, she was the Office Manager and has since become a Massage Therapist. Stacey graduated from The Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy, in South Carolina in 1999. She then met her New York requirements by attending The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She specializes in Medical Massage, Swedish massage and has a firm touch. In her spare time, she loves working out at the gym. She is also a mom to her 6-year-old beagle, Timmy. Stacey works on a depth scale of 4.5-5
Jolie - Licensed Massage Therapist- Jolie has been with us since March 2001 leaving only briefly in November 2001 to give birth to her beautiful daughter, Natalie. Jolie graduated from New York College of Holistic Health Education in 1999. Her specialties include Swedish, Medical and Pregnancy Massage. In her spare time she likes to keep fit through weight training, walking and Yoga. Her favorite job is being a mom to her two kids. Jolie works on a depth scale of 3-3.5.
Adrienne - Licensed Massage Therapist-Adrienne joined us in October 2003. Adrienne has been working with muscles for 12 years and has recently been pursuing her interest in nutrition. Adrienne also loves traveling to the mountains and ocean so she can ski, dive, and expand her horizons. Adrienne works on a depth scale of 3.
